Written by on April 29, 2019

Nigeria Labour Congress has warned state governors against any delay in the payment of the 30,000 Naira new minimum wage, saying doing so will force workers to embark on an industrial action.

Imo State Chairman of the NLC, Austin Chilakpu, disclosed this to journalist in Owerri, the imo state capital.

He advised governors to cut the cost of governance by reducing some of their excesses to enable them implement the new minimum wage.
