OCDA BOSS DEBUNKS RUMOUR OF FLOUTING GOVERNOR HOPE UZODINMA T.S.A DIRECTIVE.

General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) Engineer INNOCENT IKPAMEZIE has dismissed Speculations making rounds that there have been corrupt financial practices in the organisation under his leadership.

This is coming on the heels as the organisation was accused of not buying into the treasury single account rather telling developers to pay cash to them for clearance.

Reacting to this, the OCDA boss who spoke to Darling Fm in a phone interview during her flagship programme tagged the “Peoples Voice” said that there is no iota of truth in these allegation.

Following the allegation that the Agency still make use of KCOMPASS INTEGRATED SOLUTIOS LIMITED as a consultant, this is what the OCDA boss has to say.
