NFF PRESIDENT AMAJU PINNICK IMPRESSED WITH ENYIMBA STADIUM AND PERFORMANCE

NFF President Amaju Melvin Pinnick was at the new Enyimba Stadium to support the peoples Elephant who ran out  1-0  victors courtesy  of  Substitute Wasiu Alalade who  netted the winning goal in third minute of added time  against Congos Cara Brazzaville .

Pinnick said he was impressed with  the  performance  of the players ; “ They have a very good team, they are very very impressive, through out the world cup I have not sat down to watch any game and I don’t have any regrets watching this game”

When Asked about the new stadium he said   “I think the government has done very well, Monimichelle (the indigenous firm that re-grassed the stadium turf) has done very well and hopefully that other governors will look at this and do same” he concluded.

Meanwhile Enyimba international who qualified yesterday with twelve points ahead of Cara Brazzaville of Congo will find out their opponent in September when the Quarter final draws of the  confederations cup will be made.
